Does anyone else on here have both Degenerative Disc Disease and Fibromyalgia? It seems like there is really high co-morbity and I am wondering if anyone knows why or has studied this.

Just know that when I am misspelling stuff, it's partially my fault and partially my degenerative disc disease which affects my lower back, middle back, neck and trickles down into my shoulders, elbows, wrists and fingers.

I walked 2 miles today! Two whole miles! 🎉 💪🏻
That's the furthest I've been able to walk for years, and though I expect a dip in mobility & an increase in pain as a result, it's totally worth it. Not least because it was at #Knepp, which is just stunning.

I intended to potter around in the garden for an hour or so earlier, and get a few small jobs done.
I lost track of time and was working in the garden for 4½ hours. 😳
Needless to say, I'm now paying the price! Worth it though.
