Utilitarianism needs to be taught in-hand with Kantian Deontologism.

Too many people learn about Utilitarianism and end their journey there.

It’s ruining the world.

Guessing this is well-trod ground but you can view deontologism and other rule-based thinking as regularized consequentialism

If you would like to equate murder and indifference to it, I regret to inform you that your deontologism is indicating you have significant moral shortcomings (why I don’t subscribe to it).

Not a consequentialist take IMHO. Turnip's norm breaking is orders of magnitude greater than Biden's. To put them on the same scale is pure deontologism.
