Hmmm. So in this thinking a renter is “borrowing” from the future assets that they *would* have if they (actually) borrowed, and bought? But what are they effectively borrowing, which is equivalent to ARS?

saw an awful lot of irate gamers arguing E33 didn't deserve best art direction up against Hades 2 and Silksong, and while I agree those are absolutely gorgeous, there's so much art history and textual references to everything, I am flummox
