Our 60 day window opened this morning for our trip in December and we had absolutely no problem getting any of the big restaurants. But for some reason, Beirgarten was impossible to get, we got Ohana, Beak and Barrel, and Geo82 so that’s a trade-off I’ll take.

I think there's at least *slightly* more substance to it than that. Consider that GEO82 is adults only or that Jollywood Nights was explicitly conceived as "childless millennial" counter-programming to the more family oriented MVMCP. It'll never replace families with young kids but it's not nothing
