I captured the photo back in the 90's using Kodachrome64 color transparency.
I like the color version, but after digitizing it, I desaturated the color just to see. The B&W really allows the viewer to focus on the shapes and patterns. Here is the color version for comparison.

Eight years ago today my friend Dhruba Ghosh left this world. He was a great musician & beautiful human. I remember most his music & silly jokes.

I took these photos in 1999 when he & I travelled from Mumbai to Sholapur, where he was giving a concert.
