Some chunky 3D Prints with Lulzbot 1.2mm nozzles and 3DFuel Pro PLA+, and some mounts for ODrive S1 drivers and motors. Should have about 6KW of power!

Finding ways to continue projects in spite of chronic health issues. I've been looking for more streamlined ways of finishing 3D prints. Up on the testing block: acrylic paste to smooth prints. #lulzbot #3dfuel #3dprinting #murphy #robocop #3dartist

Shift happens. This layer shift is odd, only part of the layer shifted. Will have to fix this in post. #lulzbot #3dfuel #3dprinting #3dartist #robocop #replica

Installed a 1.75mm printhead for my Lulzbot Taz 6. This makes me able to print a bigger variety of filaments easier. Here's a test with the metallic rainbow.

Got gifted a Lulzbot Mini at work today, on the condition that I get to keep it if I get it to work.

Currently printing the test print after a few hours of research on why it wasn't working for them.

The LulzBot TAZ 8 is here!

Built for professionals who require reliability, repeatability, and performance. Designed for demanding environments, it’s more than a 3D printer—it’s a tool you can rely on.

CUPS on a raspi for print spooling?

And do you want a LulzBot Mini? It's old but working, converted to 1.75mm filament, has its own Cura you can use with out-of-the-box settings. Pretty sure PrusaSlicer has a profile for it, too.

I hope so. I also have had a Lulzbot Taz 5 for almost 10 years now and has been dead reliable. It might lose a print here or there and it isn't the fastest or prettiest prints, but in terms of it working it is a workhorse. I can only hope it comes close to this level of reliability.

At the time, I had no idea where this RepRap thing would lead. Over the next few years, members of the project started branching off to produce their own printers. As far as I know, Prusa Research, UltiMaker, MakerBot, and LulzBot were all spawned from RepRap.

I also bought USB pcbs to test as well as SD card ones based on feedback from Twitter.

The touchUI is based on Marcio’s work at Lulzbot and Syndaver and is open source. I am biased but think we will have one of the best open source printer UI’s in a sub-$2k printer

I'm not a hoarder, I'm an upcycler. I end up keeping a lot of things that I would normally throw out like this broken coaxial cable. I kept thinking, one day I'll find a use for it. I did. It's the perfect size for Murphy's servos. #lulzbot #3dfuel #robocop #murphy #3dprint #upcycle #scifi #replica

100% 3d printed. ABS plastic on a Lulzbot Taz 5.

This is the cursed part...or maybe it's the miracle part. A miracle I was able to 3D print this thing. First the computer memory failure, then Maya glitches while saving the file, and then a Cura glitch that mimics a clogged nozzle. #lulzbot #3dfuel #3dartist #murphyslaw #murphy #robocop #3dprinting

FINALLY! First the computer drive failure, then Maya refuses to save this file but I finally got the first section 3D printing. #lulzbot #3dfuel #3dprinting #technology #maya #autodesk #robocop

Bigger spools, less hassle!
The MegaSpool Feeder delivers tension-free, uninterrupted printing with adjustable speed control for 5 and 10kg filament reels. Perfect for big jobs that traditionally require spool changes!

When you try your best but you continue to fail.... really tempted to see if I can figure out taking apart my #LulzBot Mini but I'm not entirely sure how. Also can't figure out why this same exact model printed great a few days ago and is doing what's on the left now. @lulzbot3D https://t.co/Thu...

Never printed with PLA. My Lulzbot Taz had a PEI bed, which things were very prone to fall off.
The Creality printer came with a magnetic bed which blistered at 102°. It's much accurate than the Taz, and was a ¼ of the price.
