Yes, Wonderful & True. That is why todays overpaid educators & grossly compensated CEO's should brunt the cost of education & health to all, to uplift everybody. An educated person in medical, mathemeticians & physicists, engineers will leapfrog other countries, as China has done to America & Russia

I have actually asked "real" mathemeticians about it, on the very odd occasion when I've met them, and they always say it's possible, but I don't know if they're serious or just polite.
