To me, endemjc means "predictable," but i think this isn't true for COVID-19. There are cardiovascular docs and neuro-vascular surgeons who believe that C19, even mild cases, is involved in major vascular events, like TIAs, aneurysms, and strokes

Timing matters: @erikherzog.bsky.social @washu.edu , Joshua Rubin and team analyzed 5 years of glioblastoma biopsy results and conclude, “We are hopeful that this chronodiagnostic approach will help identify better ways to treat this devastating disease.” Published in the Journal of Neuro-Oncology.
Timing may be key to effective cancer treatments
Researchers at Washington University in St. Louis find the timing of biopsy can affect how doctors diagnose tumors and when those cancers may be more sensitive to chemotherapy.

## Automated Computational Pathology Pipeline for Early-Stage Glioma Diagnosis using Humanized Mouse Models and Integrated Multi-Omics Data
**Abstract:** Early and accurate diagnosis of glioma remains a critical challenge in neuro-oncology due to the heterogeneity and subtle initial presentations of these tumors. This research proposes an automated computational pathology pipeline leveraging data generated from humanized mouse models of glioma and integrating multi-omics data (histopathology, gene expression, proteomics) to achieve enhanced diagnostic accuracy and accelerated drug development. The pipeline employs a novel Multi-layered Evaluation Pipeline (MLEP) architecture incorporating semantic decomposition, rigorous logical consistency checks, and advanced machine learning algorithms to identify early-stage glioma biomarkers and predict patient response to therapeutic interventions.

Towards excellence: a review of brain tumour care for children across the UK
Tessa Jowell Brain Cancer Mission This review of paediatric neuro-oncology services highlights both the excellence and inequities in care for children and young people with a brain tumour. Covering 15 centres, representing 94% of the UK population, the review assessed 168 elements of the patient pathway, and draws on extensive centre data, clinical interviews and feedback from more than 200 families.
