Trying to explain non-restorative sleep is difficult

The best I can come up with is it's like playing Candyland and when you spin you have to move back three spaces instead of forward

Imagine going to sleep for 7-10 hours but waking up feeling worse than when you fell asleep

💙 Aujourd’hui, pensons à toutes celles et ceux qui vivent avec le #POTS.
Leur force est immense, même quand leur corps les trahit.
Continuons à informer, soutenir, et espérer des avancées scientifiques.

🪻Another thing that helps me with managing my POTs symptoms is using mobility aids like a cane, walker, or wheelchair. It helps me to conserve energy & feel more balanced.🪻

I've been dealing with p.o.t.s symptoms since I was in kindergarten. I'm 25 and just now working on getting diagnosed. But it's so discouraging when I have a bad episode at work and co-workers or higher-ups think I'm faking just cause I'm 25 and don't look disabled. #potsawareness

Invisible illnesses suck! I'm trying to make invisible illnesses visible. If you or anyone you know struggles with any check out my redbubble account!

Lots of folks think being disabled means you need a walker or wheelchair. There are invisible disabilities. #POTS #Potsies #potsawareness #invisibledisabilities

I updated my throne wishlist for more P.O.T.S. stuff for those who don’t know I was recently diagnosed and at this time can’t afford to get things to help manage it ☹️🩷 thank you!

POTS is fun! This was after sitting for a few minutes before coming indoors from standing to separate my strawberry plants. It had been around 200 BPM. #posturalorthostatictachycardiasyndrome #potsawareness #longcovid
