Sonida Senior Living (SNDA) has announced the expansion of The Wellington at North Bend Crossing in Cincinnati with its new Vista building, set to open in Summer 2025. The four-story expansion will add 82 new Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments with a capacity for 113 residents. The project will create 65 new jobs and includes extensive amenities such as a 1,000-square-foot rehabilitation gym, theater, game room, multiple dining venues, and outdoor spaces.Notable additions include fully furnished Assisted Living apartments for temporary stays and respite care, plus an expanded Memory Care neighborhood featuring Sonida's Magnolia Trails™ program. With this expansion, the facility will offer a total of 318 apartments across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Temporary Stay/Respite Care services.
