Healing isn’t always about big breakthroughs. Sometimes it’s choosing not to shut down when life feels heavy or reminding yourself that you can rest rest without feeling guilty. Growth shows up in the quiet moments too and those moments matter more than people realize.#mentalhealth #SPCH145advocates

Just today, after practice, I went and grabbed lunch at Chilis with my friends. Going to a restaurant or hanging with my friends after something that gives me stress, such as a test or practice, helps me let loose and have some fun and helps me mentally.

A bit more personal today I was asked by my partner if he should go to therapy I answered yes and he said "isn't is weird since I'm a guy going" I hate that their is this idea that men shouldn't go to therapy as if it makes them less of a man.
