shrinkflation?

Wrt the Tide shrinkflation - it *always* needed less liquid to do a load of wash than the marked measurement on standard loads. They wanted us to use it up faster and buy more. They didn't change the formula, they changed the measurement to be lower so you pay more for the same number of "loads".

Yeah they calling it shrinkflation. The product is shrinking but that damn price ain’t.

And we’re still dealing with the shrinkflation from Covid. Everything is smaller than it was in 2019. 😩

who you on the phone with for 2hours at this hour?!

my biggest shrinkflation suspicion is TRASH BAGS. they can't make them smaller but i stg they're making them thinner.

I fail to understand how beef is around 8 bucks a pound, tiny Snickers bars are $3 and inflation for food at home is less than 10%. What items are they tracking? Are they taking shrinkflation into account? The math does not add up. I shall assume they are lying through their teeth.

Ich denke,
BEIDES wird notwendig sein,
den Lebensmittelketten glaube ich "kein" Wort.
Österreich-Zuschlag,
shrinkflation ....

depending on where you live, you could get them second hand. the newer models fell trap to the shrinkflation. 🙄 more parts to put together for the same price, if not more. 😐

It’s absolutely unreal how expensive stuff is getting, and don’t forget that the quality of everything is going down. So we slave away at work to pay too much for garbage that doesn’t last and food that is clearly not as good as before… Shrinkflation and Enshitification.

Inflation is 2.7% but what is never included in that number is shrinkflation and it should be.
That's a big part of what we pay for goods.

Some workers are using payday loans for groceries or rent to survive the high cost of living from Greedflation-Shrinkflation before Trump became president and is getting excessively worse daily. Trump is an imbecile and incompetent as potus and truly only cares about power and avoiding prison. 💙🇺🇸💙
Life is getting more expensive - people feel it in their gut - and wages aren’t going up as fast as prices. They don’t see a light at the end of the tunnel. Nothing changes until we elect leaders who stop denying the problem, deal with it, and actually look out for all Americans.
