The TLE set for Spainsat appears actually to be that for the Falcon 9 second stage after its disposal burn. The stage reentered over the Indian Ocean at 60E 7N at about 2119 UTC Oct 24.

SPAINSAT New Generation II is an Airbus Space-built, 6,100 kg communications satellite, to be operated by Hisdesat. The launch to Geostationary Transfer Orbit will head due East from the Cape.

After arriving in Port Canaveral last night, the SpainSat-NG II satellite has successfully been unloaded! It'll now be moved to SpaceX' Payload Processing Facility near SLC-40, where it'll undergo final preparations for launch NET October 22nd.
