Torhousekie Stone Circle in Galloway. The central setting of three stones is reputed to be the grave of the mythical King Galdus.

In the early 70s, the Fat Controller found an abandoned LNWR Bloomer Class, aptly named Bloomer, in a shed in Wigtownshire.

Restored at Crovan’s Gate Works in time for the Shildon Cavalcade in 1975, Bloomer now runs enthusiast trains and only ventures out on special occasions.
