Of course there’s a fucking point to getting angry at organisations dropping trans people out of fear. It should be shameful and they should be confronted with our feelings of anger and betrayal. Spot-on! The majority of children for whom English is not their first language...speak English fluently! And even if they don't, they are welcome and detract nothing from our culture.
It doesn't matter what language you speak at home, or on your first day at school - if you live in Glasgow, Glasgow is your home. Farage and co think multilingualism is somehow a bad thing. I know, firsthand, that it's a strength.

To be clear, WI and GG trustees will have been told they faced personal liability including bankruptcy for breaching fiduciary duty by involving their organizations in legal proceedings they might well lose.

I get that twee, derivative books might remind you of your children at a young age. But there's absolutely no need to base your entire identity on them as an adult.
It’s frightening that it only takes one sinister, undertaxed billionaire and a tiny minority can be so easily demonised and dehumanised. Maybe people will learn when it’s their turn to be on the receiving end of this. Of course it will be too late by them.
