fuck it. messed up the install trying to make it run. switching to wildlander. it's a smaller pack, so there should be less to diagnose. if that fails i don't know

Okay, look, I respect the Wildlander mod list's dedication to the vision but I feel like having to micromanage what type of soap your Skyrim character uses is a bit *too* committed to immersive realism.

Going to install Wildlander for Skyrim to have a different source of misery than politics. Thinking sort of a vampire slayer type with heavy armor, one-handed, block, archery, restoration, and alchemy. Imperial for stamina management, Lord birth sign for tankiness.
