Saya sampai hari ini masih suka mengunakan RSS setidaknya untuk skim berita yang ada dengan cepat, dan kalau mau benar baca, ya saya baca ke link yang ada disana, tapi kalau menurut saya.

Saya sampai hari ini masih suka mengunakan RSS setidaknya untuk skim berita yang ada dengan cepat, dan kalau mau benar baca, ya saya baca ke link yang ada disana, tapi kalau menurut saya.

AcitivityPub isn't the only protocol used by the Fediverse.

Yeah, the difference is that a PDS holding just your account has only your data on it. With a Mastodon instance, because of how AcitivityPub works, it by definition has data on it that is not generated by you, or even your local users.
A PDS is outbound only, and ActivityPub instance is two way.

Existe como ligar aqui com o Threads e Mastodon (AcitivityPub), os protocolos são abertos e tem muita galera trabalhando nisso (SkyBridge, MastodonSky...) basta criar um adapter de um a outro. A questão é se isso vai ser algo que as pessoas querem.

AcitivityPub leaves a lot of stuff unspecified as well, the actually existing mostly-AP-based fediverse has come up with out-of-protocol mechanisms to deal with this. And AP also didin't consider scalability -- I asked somebody on the standards committee if there was any discussion and he said "no".

後半は、このサービスがおまけでくれているもので、他のドメインに出来ますし、将来的にはAcitivityPub同士で連合する筈なので他のSNSの投稿も混ざってくるはずです。その場合はそのサービスのドメインになりますね

I don't post a lot. And posts being public isn't the issue. I know Bluesky is based on a decentralized social network protocol, so perhaps it has the exact same privacy problem as AcitivityPub? Are there currently different Bluesky servers than Bluesky's own?

Lass es mich so ausdrücken: ich hab Amfang des Jahres recht viel Zeit in Mastodon/AcitivityPub gesteckt entwicklugstechnisch und mot den Leuten hinterm Protokoll konferiert. Da wird sich nicht viel ändern in der Beziehung fürchte ich.
