He has to lose it all and every trace of him erased. Like Akhenaten level demolished.

A couple of years back I was commissioned to paint Akhenaten (an ancient Egyptian pharaoh reigning c. 1353–1336 or 1351–1334 BC, the tenth ruler of the Eighteenth Dynasty), using an image of one of the surviving stone busts to work from. 🧵 1/2

I am even more convinced that The Akhenaten priests were the inspiration for the early Hebrew monotheists ( Jews )

Thank you for your research !!!

You should definitely write a book ❤️

Pt 1

You have failed to tell me who are the “ philistines “ ??

Judaism likely developed among the Canaanite tribe known as Hebrews. The Hebrew language likely pre dates Judaism.

The origins of “ Judaism “ may have been inspired by the “ exodus “ of The Akhenaten priests after his death .

REAL ESTATE: Days worth o' diggin' into who owns the ruined shack two miles south o' town revealed only a single document- a land deed registered to "Meritaten," no last name. It's dated "4th cattle count of the reign of Akhenaten XVII," & was discovered under a floor board in the land registrar.

Ancient aliens sometimes feels like just buzz words. Like. Anunaki Machu picchu ancient astronaut Nazca Lines teotihuacan extraterrestrial ica stones pyramids stonehenge monolith book of Enoch moai akhenaten. Like it's so buckwild and so funny what do you MEAN cowboys are aliens???

Yeah, I mean, Akhenaten did it differently, but whatever his motivation was (I know this is debated), he was getting a fresh start, away from the power structures of the old religion. And Constantine and his successors-- and even influential bishops before him-- were absolutely after the same thing.

true, but akhenaten was the pagan, not the egyptian religious establishment.

all monotheism is an authoritarian monopoly of the soul. 😑

Like Akhenaten almost

i went to a shabbat service recently where a Rabbi shared a theory some people apparently have that Judaism might have evolved from a rogue priest(s) of Akhenaten who had to get out of Egypt after Akhenaten died and the polytheistic priests retook power.

And his Dad was far more interesting, Akhenaten got to be up there as pretty singular among a few thousand years of amazing personalities! Get's my vote given Ramses II is too obvious!

At least Akhenaten got his own Philip Glass opera eventually.

This guy just really hates Akhenaten
January 29, 2026 at 1:38 AM
We need to remove his name and image from everywhere, like the ancient Egyptians did to Akhenaten and his heirs.

DNA studies show it belongs to Tutankhamen's father.

It's either Akhenaten or Smenkhare.

Different age estimates put its age from as low as just above 20 to nearly 40.

There's one inscription that identifies Tutankhamen as Akhenaten's "son of his body" so it should be Akhenaten.

I went right to Threnody too. Maybe also Steve Reich’s “Come Out”? And some selections from Akhenaten could be pretty satisfying to unleash on them.

Americans will consider Trump’s reign and memory like Egyptians did for Pharaoh Akhenaten. After his death, the Egyptians immediately rejected his reforms, attempting to erase him from history. His monuments were destroyed, his city was abandoned,

That messy mummy looks like Akhenaten ? You think?

I’ve been on a recent Philip Glass kick (some of his music is great to work to) so this is a welcome bit of news. Time to crank Akhenaten in solidarity.
