#ballistic missiles
Ukraine now has some big stick cruise missiles.
Not long to serious long range ballistic missiles.
Deep strike with all these is going to ruin Putin.
Moscow wont be immune.

Another night of Russian terror. Missiles, drones, all aimed at keeping Ukrainians in the dark. 24 ballistic missiles, one cruise missile, hundreds of drones, most shot down, but the damage is done. Ramstein must deliver. Air defense isn't charity; it's survival.

“Russia launches more than 20 ballistic missiles in a single attack. I believe no system in the world is prepared to counter such a number of ballistic missiles.”

No, the numbers of missiles don't normally get announced. And I believe they mostly use them against ballistic missiles and cruise missiles.

They would only use these missiles against ballistic missiles

This would mean 17 ballistic missiles could be intercepted

Just 5 PAC-3? How long will they last? 2 days at best? Russia is launching ballistic missiles almost daily. Am I missing something here or is this pathetic?
As the German Minister of Defence Boris Pistorius has just announced, Germany will deliver 5 PAC-3 missiles to #Ukraine if other countries jointly gather and deliver a further 30 PAC-3 missiles for the Ukrainian MIM-104 Patriot air defence systems.
February 12, 2026 at 6:43 PM
Normally two interceptors are used per an incoming ballistic missile.
Russia has used 24 Iskander ballistic missiles in its attack on Kyiv this morning alone.
Announcements like this is like proudly pledging the transfer of 10 artillery shells.
🇩🇪👀 Pistorius: Germany is going to deliver five additional interceptor missiles called PAC-3 to Ukraine if other supporter countries donate a total of 30 PAC-3s. 30 plus 5, and I am very grateful for that.

NATO expresses doubt that Russia wants peace as strikes on Ukraine intensify
Russia is ramping up pressure along the front lines and intensifying bombardments of Ukraine. An increasing share of strikes using ballistic missiles and drones is hitting critical infrastructure. All of this calls into question Moscow’s statements about wanting to make peace, a senior NATO official told The Insider at a meeting of alliance defense ministers in Brussels. “Russian forces are taking colossal losses - more than 1 million people since 2022 [killed or severely wounded]. It took Russia more than 20 months to advance [just] 50 km beyond Bakhmut. That’s less than 100 meters a day. But despite limited progress, Russia is striking critical infrastructure with growing frequency. There are no signs of these attacks slowing,” said another NATO military officer. NATO officials say the aim of such strikes is to “deprive [Ukrainian] civilians of electricity and heat, as well as public transport used in residential areas. As we can see every day, the number of Russian missile and drone attacks in rear areas has steadily increased since 2025.” A new round of Russia-Ukraine talks has yet to be scheduled. Skepticism about negotiations was shared by other participants at the meeting. According to Mediazona and the BBC’s Russian Service , as of early February, 173,477 Russian service members killed in the war with Ukraine have been identified by name, not counting losses among residents of the occupied “DPR” and “LPR” through the end of 2022. The project estimates the total number of Russian dead could range from 288,000 to 409,000. Back in mid-January, U.S. Permanent Representative to NATO Matthew Whitaker said in a public appearance that Russia and Ukraine had moved closer to a peace agreement “than ever before.” After that, an “energy truce” was announced: a mutual halt to strikes on energy infrastructure that was supposed to last a week but in practice held for just three days. Since then, Russia has continued to hit Ukraine’s energy infrastructure - for example, on February 9 at least five artillery strikes were recorded against the Kherson thermal power plant.
