This seems like a good point to stop and ask "should I be here right now?" like how many dead bodies with their chests carved and/or exploded open do you need before leaving the area and calling in a biocontainment team because you are severely underequipped for a potential alien pathogen situation

No, sorry. The people dying horribly in Alien properties just requires me to believe that billionaires wouldn’t invest in decent biocontainment in their Earthside facilities, either.

1) Lots of separate rooms.
2) Emergency escape protocols.
3) FRACKING ABILITY TO CALL FOR HELP, even.

Part of the problem with Alien: Earth (and Prometheus before it) is that it depends on people being REALLY bad at their jobs.

Like, WHY ARE YOU EATING/DRINKING in the lab? With the parasites?

Why do they insist on glass containment?

Why are they so bad at biocontainment?
