new thread for "the bloodsalt flats, a god's blood chronicles story", parts 1 to 4

Would you and your new friend like to come along on the hike out to trade with them?" becca says "I'll invite her to come along if I spot her. She has taken to wandering far to scavenge for food." panel 2: millie says "you got her yo quit "scavenging" from your kitchen? becca says "Geo complains she nabs his food sometimes, but she's actually been feeding off the carcass of something big that washed up on the coast." panel 3: millie says "that explains why she's been looking so... "robust"! I hope she does come along, it will be a good opportunity to chat with her and learn where she came from." becca thought bubble says : "... "robust" ?" part two. basically the "title page", despite it coming second. text at the top says "The Bloodsalt Flats" four characters walk on a raised white path beneath a white sky, behind and around them to the horizon is a uniform dark pink/light red plain, the titular "bloodsalt flats". these are surely the "flats" previously mentioned that nomads have been seen approaching across, this must be the journey to go meet them. the four characters present are : becca in the top left, a woman with long black hair and large beak, dressed in blouse skirt and shoes geo in the bottom left, a small blemmy wearing pants and shoes millie in bottom center, the boxy robot on wheels, towing a boxy cart. she wears a hat and apron. gathy on the right, a woman of unusual proportions with long black hair, sharp teeth, sharp claws, and so on. she is the "new friend" previously mentioned part three. two panel comic strip. panel 1: millie the robot wearing a hat, on the left, looks up at gathy who is not completely in-panel, on the right. millie says "Gathy, you've been hanging around with us for a little while now, but we still know so little about you! After a series of false starts trying to live with other communities, I travelled along the coast and encountered Millie, who allowed me to stay with her as I worked on my art and writing. It is still slow going, but more progress than I've ever made elsewhere." panel 3: geo the blemmy says "I was on the run from corrupt and unjust law. I came way out here because once you get far enough away they figure you're probably dead in a ditch anyway. Millie let me camp out at her place and I help her out with her little project as best I can. Finding things for her. You know." (special notes: i know this violates your precious show dont tell shit, right? okay. would you want to read long backstory comics about each of these three? maybe or maybe not. am i feeling up for actually writing and drawing long backstory comics for each of these three right now? hell no i am not)

I spoke to THE LAST OF US's Gabriel Luna about Blemmy the Bloater, stepping up as a leader, and working closer with Bella Ramsey this year. He added a new all-time wife guy quote to the mix:
