SO many things! The joy of finding simply a satsuma, coin and chocolate Santa in a stocking, carol singing in the neighbourhood (that fazed out in the early 80s in southwest UK), interacting w/ people & tactile toys, not blue light screens, centralisation of Jesus as the original "Christmascore"...
