#chronicfatigue/ME/PEM
Having a really hard time regulating today/since Thursday. PEM crashes are literally the worst thing ever. I feel like the sound of a feather dropping on a pillow could trigger sensitivities rn.
And gods forbid anyone ask me a QUESTION. 😒

One of the gifts my long covid has brought with it has been ME/CFS with a side of PEM. Chronic fatigue and post exertion malaise aren’t just feelings of tiredness - they impact your whole body and being, leaving you feeling like a depleted ghost of your former self. #mecfs #chronicfatigue

A topic I’ve needed to cover for a long time. What is Myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS)? And why do so many Floxies have it? Here’s a brief overview.

No change in the 10 months I’ve been participating in a study for pacing for people with invisible illnesses, but it shows my truths and gives me data to show providers. Thanks Visible. #longcovid #fibromyalgia

Good morning #BlueSky

Back to work this Monday after a really busy weekend. Exhausted now but still waiting for the #PEM to kick in after a few busy weeks.

March 2020 here and still ill.

Very much looking forward to hearing what you have to say on #LongCovid and (the inability to) exercise.

I SO miss my old life. 😕

Occasional good days give me hope that one day the key might be found to unlock us from the #LongCovid #ChronicFatigue #PEM cage! 🙂
