2️⃣ Why does this matter?
PDAC has a 12% survival rate, with poor responses to chemo. c-MYC reprograms tumor metabolism, making cancer cells more aggressive. We found that ELOVL6, a key fatty acid elongase, is directly regulated by c-MYC and could be a therapeutic target. 🔬
