It's also an Fm6, but it's all about context. In this case we're using it as a Bb9. What's cool is that groovy Fm7 (1313) to Fm6 (1213) move also works great here as Bb9sus (1313) to Bb9 (1213). Cheers!

While on a trip to New Zealand, I sat down at a grand piano and played it. My parents had no idea I had taught myself, and they thought I was a prodigy. I got a piano.
