As I go back through my discworld books, I continue to find parts that explain today's world. Vetinari understood economics. The gears of the city turn & the machine works.
This is what Trump does not understand. He is smashing or gumming up gears of the US economy. It is causing chaos.

Because it made me hate JK Rowling on a new level. Half of Hp was lifted from Terry Pratchett. And that would be ok but JK is a hack and fraud who refuses to acknowledge that she was ever influenced at all.
Obviously her being a bigot is a worse crime but #gnutp
