I like how they too dip down the bottom to put you further down into the seat, I wasn't expecting the bolsters to actually feel as good as they did in the ITR. Will definitely keep these in mind if I ever have the chance to interact with a GRMN!

I fitted a set of those to my Isuzu VehiCross rather than damage the originals on off-road excursions. I agree, they were super comfy.
But think the Toyota Boshoku seats in the GRMN have them slightly pipped for all-ground comfort and grippiness though.

My posts about the Honda Passport reminds me that I saw a previous-gen Toyota 4Runner on the A9 last Saturday.
Of course, I flashed my light and gave a thumbs-up to show my solidarity to a fellow US model importer.
After all that, I realised I was driving the GRMN so just looked like an idiot. 🤦‍♂️

When I don’t drive this for a few weeks I forget how stupidly rapid it is.
More that 2/3 the power of the Lexus and under half the weight coupled with completely linear power delivery mean I need to recalibrate every drive.

I did a LOT of hand wringing over whether to trade to the GR or keep the GRMN.
Fundamentally though, they’re very different cars for very different purposes. One was developed on a race circuit, the other on rally stages.
