Our agriculture based economy in Leelanau County depends agriculture labor and we embrace all our neighbors. Law enforcement provided by our sheriff department who served and protect us. #WeThePeople don't want federal police harassment. Keep you eyes and hands off our neighbors.
This past weekend in Northport, MI, a marked U.S. Border Patrol vehicle parked for nearly 1 1/2 hrs beside a Mexican food truck run by one of our local families. No enforcement action, no visible search--but a message, received loud and clear by the community. (Leelanau Indivisible)
