I've also been poor to low income most of my life and i have still been afforded an embarrassment of riches in terms of assets that can become art. what i lacked was focus and support. two things that are simultaneously free and priceless!

I will add that a lot of folks forget along with reducing carbon emissions and staving off climate change, a key goal of PCEF is to help folks who are low-income and people of color. So these Moda folks would need to partner with nonprofits & create jobs for specific folks to get this $$$
