Le choix de revenir à un diamètre "classique" m'a convaincu (je trouve que 40mm c'est déjà trop grand). Pour le reste, le boîtier absorbe bien le bruit du rotor et cela fait longtemps que je suis fan des mouvements JP (Seiko comme Miyota). Le rapport qualité-fiabilité-prix est remarquable.

This Addiesdive watch was HARD to hydromod. The dial was so well sealed from the movement that it held on to a big air bubble.
My last resort would have been to assemble it submerged, but instead I pulled a vacuum and degassed it that way.
The result is hilariously good for a $45 watch.

I don't know #Butler Watch Company, but they are introducing what seems like a decent value automatic GMT using the ever-popular Miyota 9075. 40x13mm casex100m resistance. I like the matte dial and font. Two versions, one a LE. $650 on pre-order; ($699 for the LE).

you'll be able to hear and feel the NH35, but only if you're actively focusing on it or it's near your ears. it hasn't bothered me too much over a couple of years of owning a similar model. a miyota would be way louder, in my experience!

Though I’m personally over GMT watches since Seiko released the NH34 movement and suddenly every darn watch is an office GMT. I know this one is a traveler GMT with the Miyota 9075, but enough with the GMTs already! It is, otherwise, an absolute champion of a watch.

$56 buys a lot these days. Addiesdive 2054 is a 20 Bar diver with well finished 41mm case in 316L, sapphire and matte ceramic, yellowed lume, quartz Miyota 2115 (1Hz ticks) and a comfortable three link strap.
It would make a decent gift for someone if the budget is tight at Christmas.
