There's no neufchatel for my bagel
CREAM. CHEESE. PIE.
This is my absolute favorite pie. Love it piled high with fruit.
Beat an 8oz pkg of cream cheese or american Neufchâtel (tangier!) cheese until fluffy. Slowly add 1 can sweetened condensed milk & 1/3 c lemon juice (bit more is okay if you want more lemon flavor.) Pour in crust.

Publix sells a popular microwave-safe buffalo chicken dip made from chicken, Neufchâtel, mayonnaise, buttermilk, sour cream, hot sauce, and seasonings.
Its crazy cause i am working off the concept of “local chains mac n cheese recipe” but there arent enough copycats so im freehanding it. This is
1.5 cups gouda
1.5 cups fontina
1.5 cups mild cheddar
3 oz neufchatel
And a 3 tablespoon flour and butter roux +onion powder +garlic powder +cayenne
