未管理著作物裁定制度って、補償金を供託しクソめんどい申請手続き（ jpca.gr.jp/orphanworks/... ）で自分の個人情報を国に渡し、さらに裁定されれば著作者名や著作物等の特定に必要な情報をWeb公開されるので下手なことすればネットで叩かれるだろうし、悪用を懸念というより悪用による見返りのほうが思いつかん...

The Government will introduce copyright reform to ensure the use of copyright material is possible for online teaching, treating all students equally, regardless of whether they are being taught online or in a physical classroom.
