Spotted whilst eating my lunch at Portobello Beach, a piece called Joppa Boat Race by Noah King, age 11. I love the reclaimed pottery pieces as the sails.

A piece of art work hanging from the railings of the promenade overlooking Portobello beach, a piece of rectangle metal with a painted sea scene, the sails of the boat are reclaimed pottery shards in various shades and patterns of blue and white, probably found on the beach. The bottom edge is lined with brown pottery pieces I assume are representing the Joppa Rocks.
