When people live with privelage and sit quietly instead of using their positions to push for progress and positive change, it's no less than being complicit themselves. Because they *could* make a difference without being constrainted by the limitations us "common folk" have (money). It's a choice.

Realizing it’s not just a matter of someone being able to tease me that makes it so hard to make me squirm it’s also if they’re ALLOWED to and that’s a privelage that I don’t really permit just anyone.

But we see this across the board, like right-wingers complain when millenials and zoomers are sighted dining out...as if that's a privelage young people don't deserve.
Or if a blue-collar person tries to buy a home instead of rent.

Honestly I miss being able to do some portaging and foraging, was always one of my favorite things about visiting my family up near Grand Portage. I also recognize a lot of that is privelage.

Like I dunno maybe I'm crazy but I can't fucking afford that, so then I'm paying for the privelage to not go to the doctor anyway because I can't afford the deductible like??? In this economy? And insurance plans aren't exactly clear during enrollment. I'm paying more bc I thought it covered more

I just can't get over what a scam health insurance is. I'm paying for the service "privelage" of "negotiated"hospital bills (actual cost of care, which should be what they bill you for in the first place), but have to pay thousands of dollars additionally before they will even cover anything
