Sometimes I have severe mental breakdowns due to the combination of these things. I am on medication and have a therapist. Sometimes life gets to be too much.
I have been in the psyche ward in the past. My ex even weaponized that against me.
It's pretty lame actually! Like, significantly so!

Y'know, if he had an impeachment hanging over his head again, that's yet another burden to pressure his dementia-addled psyche.
He deserves it, without a doubt.
But if that ball starts rolling, one of his gaskets may just blow.

Trayvon’s murder was truly a shift in my psyche. Like i know they have tried to desensitize us to black murders over the past few years. But when Trayvon died, it was earth shattering and changed my brain on racism. Like i was a kid. 2 years younger than him. It could’ve been me.

It's hard to encapsulate how much loss and constant emotional pain the Puerto Rican experience carries with it, especially in this age of worldwide scientific regression, and how that shift has affected not just the already crumbling state of healthcare in Puerto Rico, but the collective psyche.

It took me two years and four classes to learn how to read and understand scientific research and I will still sit next to the smartest person who can explain it to a 5th grader
