Ellie and Adam are now journeying to India where rumours have surfaced of an ancient and invincible weapon wielded by gods. They are joined by Neil and Constance (and the dog Kalb) as their path takes them to the home of Constance's royal relatives where they find the guidance they need to begin their quest starting in the forests of Odisha. Their adversaries, the Order of Albion, are not far behind however, and a powerful colonial administrator is also hot on the trail of the weapon, accompanied by the mysterious Mr Jacobs, and the friends are determined to find the artifact first and keep it out of the wrong hands.
