I blast the shit out of the screen with too many colors and then make it everyone else's problem. Also sometimes I do it in pixel art form (and occasionally textures like MC skins) and other times I like to play with images like dolls via photoshopped shitposts.

Pikachu is sitting on a sandy beach, overlooking a sunset as the sun lowers over the seaside, but all of it is redone in a full 16-bit render over the original 8-bit Gameboy style of the original. Among other changes are additions of clouds, the original palm tree having been replaced by an alolan exeggcutor, looming over pikachu off to the left, and pikachu now wearing goggles over their head and ears, based on one of their Smash Bros alts. The sunset and ocean is also obscured by Fire Emblem Corrin in dragon form, doggy-paddling across the ocean while their lower half is obscured within the water itself. Fire Emblem Fates Kaze presented as a unique AU-specific alt that's based on the Persona/Phantom Thieves esque themes first debuted in the Risk and Reward Banner in Heroes. This specific alt of Kaze has him dressed in an open-chest suit that is heavily themed after the pokemon pidgeot, specifically, the shiny mega evolution variant. This goes as have him dressed with an eye mask that's feathered and colored after Pidgeot's facial markings, the long feathery head ornament extending past his regular hair resembling pidgeot's infamously long head feathers, a cape that's wing-like with the same duo-layered feathery colorings as mega pidgeot's shiny variant wing colors, and him wielding weaponized hand fans which also are gold and purple accented, again just like mega pidgeot's shiny colorings of their wings. He's wearing a stylized suit with a medal-like ornament attaching his cape to his shoulders, heavily resembling various Kalosian decor feathers, as well as medallions very reminiscent of the helix fossil, as a reference to Twitch Plays Pokemon's Lord Helix (omanyte) and Bird Jesus (a pidgeot) respectively. There is also a jewel on his face mask heavily resembling mega pidgeot's pidgeotite. He's posed in a way he's standing in a boob-and-butt pose, wielding his fans while sending out visible air slash attacks, while set against a backdrop resembling a high balcony with the full moon visible behind from the height of the balcony and railings. Most of the environment is dark, except a spotlight partially cast over Kaze, prompting him to retaliate in his attacking stance upon his reveal mid-sneaking. The Danny Devito 'Can I offer you a nice egg in this trying time?', except heavily photoshopped. Instead of set in a car in the middle of a night holding an egg, Danny was heavily edited to now be riding on top of Koraidon, who Danny is not only visibly riding on the back, but his hand now rests against Koraidon's shoulder blades just barely within frame (in place of the original car steering wheel). He's also changed so that instead of holding an egg, he's now holding a plushie of a sprigatito. A text box and caption based on the text box from Pokemon Scarlet/Violet reads 'Can I interest you in this nice weed cat in these trying times?', as spoken by 'My dumb ass'. Various cropped screenshots compiled in a single compilation picture of Minecraft depicting two players with custom skins based on Fire Emblem Heroes' Sharena and Alfonse. The backdrop is Hermitcraft Season 8's world, specifically the shopping district of Scarland, and Sharena and Alfonse are seen in various points in the park either waving, clapping at things, Sharena clapping at Alfonse as he visibly stands showing off a new hat based on Scar's cat Jellie, or standing and both facing the viewer. In some of the screencaps, Sharena and Alfonse both visibly sometimes wear hats and armbands based on Jellie, indicating they bought Jellie-themed merch from Scarland.

As we come to the end of the year, the Art of Scarland physical book is one of my absolute best purchases I made. Not only were the proceeds for charity, it contains so many beautiful works by fans covering everything from architectural plans to graphic design.

I purchased a copy of the Art of Scarland charity artbook, created by 60+ artists and creators from the Hermitcraft community. It reimagines GoodTimesWithScar's Scarland project from season 9 as a real theme park, and the entire thing is phenomenal.
