i have a feeling that a large factor in our (psuedo?)seizures was stress from living at home with our parent. with that stressor alleviated its been a lot easier to not be in constant survival mode stress ❤️

If the epileptic dog wasn’t having 10 seizures a day de regulating my autistic son, I’d have kept trying on for him. I tried to keep the dogs and cats together adoption wise so it didn’t feel like we were choosing anyone. These were my kids, my sons only play friends in homeschool. We are devastated

I tried to keep the dogs and cats together adoption wise so it didn’t feel like we were choosing anyone. These were my kids, my sons only play friends in homeschool. We are devastated
I found out that one of our two dogs I let go of a month ago has been returned to the shelter. I had let both our dogs go in hopes that as a couple they’d remain together but our epileptic dog is back on the shelter web site & worse, my son discovered it. I nursed this dog seizures nightly & feel🥲

Thanks - he has worn a heart recorder for a week as well as a week-long seizure monitor. His AFIB showed up but no pauses or seizures. He sees cardio & neuro in 2 weeks to reassess. Thanks for the info - will ask to make sure I understand.
