He'll recognize the shark, of course, but become so emotionally overloaded by "shark" that he won't be able to think straight about the pronghorn.

Dreamed that I spent hours cycling around street markets searching for the right foodstuffs for my housemate’s pet Hispanolian solenodon. It ended up accepting a diet of pate and plumeria flowers, after which I had a heated argument with my housemate who insisted it was “just a fancy rat”

The Cuban solenodon is an endangered species of small mammal endemic to Cuba. Though it superficially resembles a rat or shrew it is actually in its own family with only one other extant species. Both species of solenodon are nocturnal primarily insectivorous and have a venomous bite. #animals
