In 2014, the tap water in Toledo was unsafe to bathe in -- much less drink -- effectively poisoned by an overgrowth of toxic algae in Lake Erie. In response, the state started a drinking water protection program called H2Ohio.

Now that program is facing deep cuts.

This is a great documentary . I had the opportunity to hang out with these guys as a volunteer as they worked in a small Lake Superior tributary Pendills Creek. It was amazing ! Unfortunatly they were all fired by President Musk Last week.
