Spotify wrapped, youtube year in review, @vrchat.com should do a similar at the end of the year, worlds visited, time spent, friends added, avi's uploaded and so on would be really cool to see. You can do this with vrcx basically already, most time spent with x list of friends, food for thought...

When I fill up the in-game playlists of favorites I export them with the above-board github.com/vrcx-team/VRCX tool to reset in-game to zero without losing anything. 👌 A bit clunky, and I'm by no means a VRCX pro, but always happy to run questions by some friends of mine who power-use the tool. o7

Check out vrcx if you're having issues with invites, they usually always arrive there and you can join in through that. It's an external app though :(

Yee. A lot of people have been critical of VRCX because of privacy concerns. Though, I'd argue that these are flaws of VRChat itself.
The software does provide some useful functionality, like auto re-join on crash, force close on exit, XSOverlay notifications, better discord presence, etc.

another thing to mention: if anyone uses VRCX and you were on green, joined a public (fr, fr+, pub, gr, gr+, grp), and then went on orange, they can see the instance history and where you probably are.

VRCX started adding it for me around early 2023-08 and VRC around mid 2025-08.
Both on by default. VRCX adds player list, VRC doesn't - just world.

Nice to know that I've been using VRCX since 2023-08, knowing by the image metadata, which would be cool to do stats on.
