I think I'm at a point where I'm finally satisfied with this tapestry I've been working on since September. It was picked apart and re-woven so many times I felt like I was Penelope waiting for Odysseus to come home. It's wonky, but done.

She's coming along v-e-r-y slowly, but, at least I've figured out the patterning. I'm reminded that I need to be kinder to myself; this is my first try with tablet weaving, so I should not expect a highly polished piece when done (but, I do - argh!).

Done the rosepath sampler! The wool knitting yarn I used as warp stretched so it took some very aggressive blocking to fix, but with that done I think it looks lovely. The wrong side is my fav with its crisp lines. Super stoked to have learned so much from this project ☺️ #weaving #fibreart #yarn
