Just another point of comparison ... 5k+ institutions of higher ed in India have access thru ONOS. The US has only 6k institutions when you include all the beaty, barber, automotive, etc.

I have been trying to explain a microfiche machine to one of my dear, brilliant, talented, but clearly too young to be alive collaborators. And it is taking the last of my soul.

I attended as a high school student. It was amazing and mind-blowing (expanding). I had the poster hanging in my room and then my dorm room during college.

I am really unsure about this. What we call things does matter and open access has different modalities that work differently in different cases. If we don't correct misconceptions, with new terminology, then people will never learn.
