Looks like that'll take a little more DIY, might have to call the theater department for assistance. Would be rather a fun engineering project to make mechanical legs and wings!

My mom went into mourning when I moved to Albuquerque. After 9÷ years I still get asked constantly about the crime. Which i have experienced far less of here total than in a single year back home.

People who live in big cities and have MAGA relatives in rural and suburban areas are getting deja vu, that's for sure.

We've all had conversations with relatives who insist they know better than us what our cities are like. That we must be deluded not to see the constant riots and muggings.

The MMR shot is safe and effective, and there is no credible evidence otherwise.

Breaking MMR into three shots means 3x more copays at the doctor’s office, 3x more hours of missed work, 3x more bummed out kiddos, and probably more than 3x as many kids who aren’t fully vaccinated.

Abusers may intentionally use pregnancy has a control tactic and do things like tamper w birth control to "accidentally" force a non consensual pregnancy on a person. I'm not sure it's settling when it may not even be a choice at all.

Icky is my expensive kitty. Py hardly ever needs a vet which is good bec she is spicy about it when she does. Icky is very docile and sweet and remarkably calm for being a miserable cat in a scary place. Such a purrfectly good boy despite it all.

We are home with no conclusive diagnosis but he has had fluids & meds. At least none of his blood work or tests shows anything really scary so probably just a really bad tummy bug. Hoping getting rehydrated and anti-nausea meds helps him perk up a little.
