it is! the owners of the stock were leasing it to the coastliner project, and then turned around and sold it to the gaspé train folks. hence, they stole it out from under us

i was in line to get past flagger-controlled lane closure and i wouldn't block an intersection and so many people started laying on their horn because they weren't 50ft closer to the flagger. i even had people cut in front of me to fill that space, which made people trying to turn angry at them!
