How completely disrespectful Channel 7 and Barnaby Joyce
@channel7.bsky.social not listening to government nor allowing a woman to explain. Hardly surprising in view of most of their screenings. #auspol

These should be sent out as a test.

If you are stupid enough to fill one of these out, you should lose the right to vote, drive, and breed.

Australia, the kleva country
Did you know that when you send a postal vote application to a political party, it can (and does) harvest your personal data, store it, and sell it on to third parties?

It’s illegal in Victoria - but fine at a federal level.
Voters warned to be wary of unsolicited postal vote application texts
Australia's electoral commissioner has urged voters to "carefully consider" who they give their personal information to as the election campaign gets underway.

The heavy-handedness & deep cultural problems continue within the ATO.
The ATO has awarded the private debt collector Recoveriescorp $42m in contracts as part of a hard-edged campaign to pursue some taxpayers, including welfare recipients.
All while big companies pay NO tax.

Private schools should fund themselves, that includes religious schools.
The refusal of state governments to fully fund public schools, which are their primary responsibility, while continuing to overfund private schools, is deplorable. it is another indication of the extent to which the school funding system is biased against public schools.

Oh look, all the possums examined in a new study were found to have been exposed to PFAS— with 45 types of PFAS found in their livers—and median levels were among the highest recorded in any small terrestrial mammal worldwide.

Yet again we are seeing who really influences Government/political policy - the mighty donors! Time to end the system of corporate donations and 'jobs for the boys - & girls' post politics 😠
New Australia Institute research shows that the theft of legally owned guns is the cause behind the high number of illegal firearms.

More than 2000 guns are stolen every year in Australia. That’s one every four hours.

Why do Australian nationalists love foreign companies so much?
Gas giants are taking the piss, & the AU RW are encouraging them!
Rather than trying to get them to work for the nation's interests RW nationalists would rather foreign corps pay no tax & are happy for them to price gouge Australians!
