The NY state apple harvest season is in full gear. Workers are out in the apple orchards on a daily basis climbing up and down ladders to fill these huge 900 lb bins so we can enjoy this sweet fruit. #WeFeedYou

Whether he gets praise is one of the least important thing about this.

Lol. I will bet you were on a party line, too. I'm old enough for rural party lines, not for 3 digit numbers. In the really olden days, you had a longer number, but the first 3 were letters for your "district," so you'd answer, e.g., "Mayfair 999" for 629-999. Phone directories were more fun then.

Wyoming is by an order of magnitude the US's largest coal producer (and produces more than the whole of the northern Appalachia and Midwest states *combined*).

Nearly all of that comes out of the Powder River Basin.

Coal is a dead industry.

New coal leases in the Powder River Basin have been paused after the first one had only a bid for 1/10th of a penny. They are trying to blame previous administrations, but the writing is on the wall. We should be supporting coal workers and communities not doing wtf this clown show is doing.
