A federal judge said "DHS, you cannot legally put this language into a grant." So what DHS did is... keep putting that language in grants — but with a new disclaimer saying it would only apply if the court order was struck down.

The judge was NOT happy.

One of my classmates in college did the farm report every day. Between semesters or breaks they'd call the station because they didn't hear the same voice and worried. Even in the USA, when they switched the weather radio readers to AI or PDF readers it was a shock.
