I see that stuff too, and that's fine and all, but why does Disney and Sony play along? They know they're losing money with him.
Wealthy people inserting themselves into movies is hardly new, but the idea is their brand appeal will make up for lack of acting abilities.

The average voter didn't care if Trump is threatening fascism. To them, fascism is the solution to affordability.

Also calm down man. Trump is a fascist but I'm also watching a Democratic Socialist take over NYC right now. The status quo is moving left with or without liberals, preferably with.

Hillary and Kamala didn't lose because they failed to check every box and court the far left.
I've seen it first hand, apathy from tuned out voters who don't even care about this shit.
They didn't show out because nothing they said promised a new, hopeful and affordable future. Just more of the same

I don't disagree, but old bandaids are the first to scrutinize. Democrats will always be on this uphill battle while healthcare is commodified.

Look at the UK and the NHS. It was certainly better than what they had before, but privatization slowly took over and now people want to defund it entirely

The President just posted a video of himself defecating on a protesting Harry Sisson and when asked to remove it the Vice President said ligma balls.
This was to distract people from the incoming austerity bill that will ruin millions of American lives.

Folks demanding political / ideological purity fail to see that this is no longer a movement belonging to the left / liberals. This is an opposition against fascism. By definition it must be big tent. Failure to grasp this: see divided oppositions in Eastern Europe as your failed examples.

People miss community and third places. I think we need to embrace movies/TV as the "boring" American passtime over books and fund libraries dedicated to them.
I know libraries have great movie/TV libraries, but they don't really scratch the same itch for obvious reasons.

I am proud of the libs and all, it is just profoundly frustrating that this discourse is even happening after what happened to campus protesters.
I already knew their free speech was conditional, but then using their big show out as a moment to punch left is something extra sinister.
