Nobody wants it as a story but I have multiple NYPD sources who voted for Mamdani, are eager for his win in November, and who say their colleagues quietly feel the same.

They like that he wants NYPD to focus on crime, not quality of life enforcement.

I reeeallllllyyy want to see the data breakdown by gender and age for ChatGPT use in dating.

My anecdotal experience as a millennial is that in general, men seem much more willing to talk about / brag about using ChatGPT than women. But again, this is anecdotal!

Anecdotally, all of the techie execs I know are doubling down on their AI bets. Still a big push internally to their subordinates to adopt/integrate for the sake of "efficiency" (translation: we don't want to pay actual ppl).

RFK fired the CDC official (w/decades of experience) leading the measles outbreak response. It's been decades since we've had such a large outbreak. And just to ensure they they can spread the measles outbreak even farther, they also fired the leadership for the center focused on immunization.
